| 'Insensible' was painted in 2004 as the first part in the 'Masked' series. As the name suggests, the two paintings in this series were an experiment in masking. 'Insensible' and 'Ribbons' were very fun to paint and they look great on a wall together. The idea for the series came after watching an episode of 'Changine Rooms'. I didnt have a whole wall to paint, so I did this series instead. The title for this peice is taken from a Portishead song that I was very fond of at the time. | |||||||
